Refund policy

At Charizard D Ace Arts, we aim to provide a clear and efficient return process. Please read our policy below:

  • You have up to 15 days from the date you receive the product to initiate a return.

  • The shipping costs for returning the product are the customer's responsibility. Products must be sent to our warehouse at the following address:
    15272 SW 104th St, Apt 6-25, Miami, FL.

  • A full 100% refund will be processed only if the returned product arrives in the same condition as it was sent. Any signs of damage, alteration, or missing items may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

  • We offer the option to provide you with a return shipping label. If you choose this service, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
